Tallinn Creative Hub (Kultuurikatel), a multifunctional creative and cultural centre, is the main venue for events of the Estonian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, in the second half of 2017. The building, which was formerly a power station, dates back to 1913, but has now been updated and redesigned, becoming Tallinn’s most versatile venue.
