Head of the National Bank Project about FinTech market development
Anastasiya Luzgina is a Head of the National Bank project about FinTech market development in the Republic of Belarus. She also currently works at the Belarusian Economic Research and Outreach Center (BEROC) as a Senior Researcher and at the Belarusian State University as an Associate Professor. Anastasiya is in regular communication with representatives of Belarusian authorities as well as cooperation with representatives of international organizations and well-known experts and researchers. Anastasiya is responsible for coordinating and managing the number of seminars for the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus. Anastasiya Luzgina graduated the Belarusian State Economic University, Faculty of Banking and Finance. She has Belarusian PhD degree in Economics. Anastasiya Luzgina also participated and successfully finished different economic courses and study programs, such as applied economic policy course at Joint Vienna Institute, exchange rate regulation course at the Study Center of the Central Bank of Switzerland, course at the IMF Institute in Washington and some other economic courses and seminars. In November-December 2015 she participated in BOFIT’s visiting researchers program (Institute for Economies in Transition of the Bank of Finland).
