Kashif M. Khan Former lawyer and now an academician, trainer, coach, community activist and Entrepreneurship advocacy practitioner. After practicing law for few years he focused himself to university education. To contribute towards education, society and it’s future generation our youth. He was among the founder member and played an important role in the progress of IQRA University Islamabad Campus as it stands today. Lately, his community development model has been much appreciated both in the corporate and development sector. He through his academic teaching has mobilized and motivated the youth to initiate community development projects. These projects have brought about significant improvement in the overall educational experience of the students studying from underprivileged communities. This initiative has been branded as " Let's Transform" and he is the Co-Founder of this project. Besides this he offers regular training in the Corporate & Development sector and his current area of interest is Emotional Intelligence, Soft Skills, Employee Behavior & Team management, Customer Services Care, Youth Entrepreneurship, Interpersonal Skills and Power of Positive Thinking . He has been giving training to various levels of managers and senior managers in different organizations for last many years. Such as PTCL, NESCOM, IRM, HRDN, Serena Hotel, NPO, SMEDA, HEC, USAID etc. He also actively participates in universities, youth forums and television shows to share his views on community development, Social and Youth Entrepreneurship and Emotional Intelligence. He has also been nominated by Kauffman Foundation’s (Global Entrepreneurship Week) USA as their Host representative in Pakistan and is working as GEW-Pakistan’s President and GEN Pakistan's Acting Managing Director to promote Entrepreneurship in Pakistan. He is also Founder of Alternate Solutions which is a training consultancy and also provides Social Media Marketing services. www.alternatesolutions.co Khan is a Law graduate and holds an MBA from WCIMT, Perth & MSc. from Coventry University, UK. Khan is Executive Board member of Pakistan US Alumni Network. He was chosen for International Visitor Leadership Program IVLP by US State Department. He sits on the Board of various organizations. He believes in Entrepreneurship and asserts that startups need to be encouraged as they have the potential to uplift the economy of a country boasting a population of 60 Million between the age group of 15 to 30 years. He has high hopes that with the right guidance and encouragement our youth can compete globally and can be transformed into global citizens and future leaders. He also believes that our country's biggest asset is its Human capital and it needs to be cultivated and harnessed to make Pakistan great again.
