Born on August 12, 1971 in Benin where I studied all my studies, I am a Business Administrator and a graduate of the University of Benin, holding a Diploma of Higher Studies in Governance and Democracy. I held several positions of responsibility including: - Director of Resources at Lokossa Town Hall; - Director General of Employment and SMEs from 2007 to 2009, in the Ministry in charge of SMEs; - Acting Director General of Industrial Development at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and SMEs - Technical Advisor for SMEs in the Ministry in charge of SMEs since 2009. I participated in the development of several policies and strategies for the promotion of SMEs at the national level, at the level of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) and at the level of the Economic and Monetary Union West Africa (UEMOA). Currently I am a Technical Advisor to SMEs of the Minister of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts. I have 17 years of experience in public administration, including 10 years for the promotion of SMEs.
